Rockstar Rocks New ‘Do

Julian Casablancas, whose music you may have heard during your last appointment at Anthony Leonard Salon, (or whom you may have seen in Anthony Palermo’s chair) may be known by some as lead singer/songwriter of rock band The Strokes, but as any artist, he’s much more than that. In fact, Julian recently released a solo album entitled Phrazes for the Young, on which he includes profoundly insightful “Phrazes” in the songs, and on the CD jacket as well. Aside from being an amazing songwriter, Julian is good at keeping a straight face while performing with Andy Samberg during parody videos like “Boombox,” on last week’s Saturday Night Live.
