Chances are as your reading this our creative director, Leonard Zagami, is either being whisked off on a privet jet with a pop star, meeting with a high fashion designer to create a new look for the New York City catwalks, keeping up with an A-list actress on a press junket or cutting a Broadway diva’s locks in her dressing room backstage!!!
Just another day at the salon?? Never!!!
Leonard’s artistic inspiration changes just as quick as the beautiful flower arrangements that he makes time to always look perfect in his Madison Avenue salon ! Lets hear how he does it all and still gives a very loyal clientele the best haircuts in town!
ALS: How long have you been a NYC hairdresser?
LZ: 27 years and now I co -own AnthonyLeonard Salon on Madison Avenue in NYC.

ALS: What is your signature style when it comes to hair?
LZ: Well someone recently wrote that my bride for Angel Sanchez (cover of WWD April 2012 Collection) was as if “The Little Mermaid popped in at Andy Warhol’s factory for a spot of tea”! That’s it!!! ALS: What is your favorite ALS retail product sold at your salon?
LZ: Oribe Super Shine Cream. It is the perfect product for any texture !
