Ok, so we all know how difficult gift-giving can get—especially when you have to fight over room in the aisle while looking for the perfect card. It’s especially hard when you wait until the day before (like moi), and there is not much left to choose from…Does Mother’s Day shopping have to be so damn stressful? Not really. It’s just about telling someone close to you how grateful you are for the things they’ve done, right?
But what if they’re not the easiest people to buy for, have particular taste, are hard to please, and rag on you for spending the money on something they don’t need? While giving a gift card to those difficult types may usually seem impersonal (After all, you’re telling them to buy their own gift), a gift card for services at our salon is quite different–all they have to do is show up and we do all the work. Think about how great you felt after your last hair appointment at Anthony Leonard Salon—a simultaneous head and back massage at our sinks, an iced cappucino, fabulous books and magazines to browse, gorgeous hair… This is your chance to tell her, “RELAX!” without getting a dirty look in response.
